A SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR is required to join the Service Team at a Yeovil based main dealer who represent a high-quality brand: synonyms for Hybrid / Electric technology.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Senior Service Advisor will ensure both themselves, and the front of house team, provide the focal point for all customers requiring advice, servicing, and repairs to their vehicles.
Additionally, you will manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, always delivering / maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidates will need to come from an automotive Customer Service Advisor background and be adept in all aspects of the role.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor or an existing Senior Service Advisor who wants to align with a family-owned, progressive motor group.
