We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full time basis. This role will be based trust wide and you will be required to visit all of our hospitals.
This is a Monday - Friday role, with one Saturday a month. When you work a Saturday, you will get a day off in the week.
Main duties of the job
You will have a varied day to day, but your main tasks will be:
* Lead the way in onboarding – Organise and facilitate local induction sessions, arrange IT access, book meeting rooms, and welcome new starters with senior leaders.
* Be a voice for our staff – Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and help shape a better work environment.
* Stay organised & adaptable – Maintain training records, support compliance with mandatory training, and assist with recruitment and administration tasks.
* Make a difference every day – Work closely with managers to enhance employee experiences across our hospitals.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent customer service experience including handling queries, complaints and sensitive information
* Ability to work under pressure, and maintain a customer-service focus, often with constant interruptions by telephone, urgent emails or in person
* Flexible approach to work, will be required to work some evenings and weekends
