UHBW are recruiting to a new post that will be an integral part of Contracts and Systems across Facilities at Bristol & Weston.
This role will provide operational management and support to the Division in the way of a smooth and efficient building management at St James Court, and assisting in the Centralised Contracts provision and Systems support service.
The post holder will provide day-to-day management of the building and support in the efficient and effective data capturing and reporting system to monitor and manage statistical data for reports and compliance.
Main duties of the job
Your day to day will include:
* First point of contact for the Tenant, contractor and client liaison
* Overseeing the daily operations of the building to ensure the smooth running of the building
* Provide for economical and correct use and distribution of equipment and materials ensuring stock control procedures are maintained
* Provide business support out of hours where necessary – the post holder may be required to support weekend unavailability
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of providing administrative support to managers and of maintaining confidentiality and confidential systems
* Experience of project working and be familiar with audit and monitoring process
* The ability to plan and organise activities and programmes which are complex

Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level - NVQ Level 4/OND or equivalent experience in a service industry
* Health and safety or Food Hygiene Certificate
* SIA Licence
Knowledge
* Knowledge of business analysis of performance information, and working within a range of targets
* Experience of project working. Familiar with audit and monitoring process
* Experience in the management of confidential records
* Experience of providing administrative support to managers and of maintaining confidentiality and confidential systems
* Understanding of information governance rules and managing dealings with confidential information to comply with Data Protection Act and local Trust policies at all times
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both written and verbally
* Ability to deal with complaints/problems from tenants, patients and/or their carers or members of staff with tact and understanding
* Ability to work under own discretion and initiative with a methodical and organised approach
* Ability to deal with frequent interruptions to planned working to deal with business or staff issues
* Ability to set up meeting rooms and move furniture as required
