As Group Internal Communications Lead, you will play a vital role in establishing communication channels across the organisation. Your focus will be on creating and executing internal communications that reinforce our organisational culture and keep employees aligned with our business objectives. The Group Internal Communications Lead will report to the Group Head of Marketing & Communications and serve as the subject matter expert in internal communications. This role requires regular travel between offices and to project sites. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal communication plans that ensure clear and consistent messaging across departments, functions and businesses. Create engaging content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet platforms and social media. Collaborate with department heads to share essential updates, insights and initiatives. Organise impactful employee events and meetings that encourage participation and foster open dialogue. Assess the effectiveness of communication channels and drive continuous improvements. Stay informed about industry trends to enhance our internal communication strategies. Provide ad-hoc marketing and communication support across the Group as required. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in corporate communication, business communication, internal communication, or relevant experience in a similar role. Experience: Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority. Proven leadership experience in internal communications or a similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency with digital communication tools and the ability to use metrics for insights. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office and Adobe Design software suites. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. A proactive and innovative mindset. A friendly approach with a willingness to work collaboratively and help develop others.
