As a lead generator you are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities. Whether you are researching and identifying new prospects, maintaining the CRM with accurate sales information, or calling and emailing prospective clients you must provide the best customer service, it will be your drive to succeed that will be key to your success.

What we need from you: Experience working on LinkedIn, building connections, and promoting business
A minimum of 12 months lead generation or sales experience, with the ability to make a high volume of telephone calls (B2C or B2B)
Persuasive, resilient, coupled with a positive, motivated attitude
A professional and confident telephone manor
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Computer and database literate, knowledge of MS office suite
What the role involves: Prospect call preparation, including company background research
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Identifying and liaising with decision makers
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website
Use LinkedIn to message/connect with people and share out any company posts, to attract more people to visit/follow our company page
Liaise with the Business Development Manager to develop sales
Salary: up to £32,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus this will be explained at interview stage.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm with 1 hours lunch break.
