Simply Education is looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with special educational needs in schools across Medway. Key Responsibilities
Support students with special educational needs in both 1:1 and small group settings.
Assist the class teacher with adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage students' confidence, independence, and social development.
Manage behaviour in line with school policies.What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an SEN or classroom setting is beneficial but not essential.
A patient, caring, and resilient attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
A willingness to undertake training and professional development.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
