You will be supporting the overall Sales Function of the business and will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the Sales Office. The role involves close collaboration with all departments to help achieve the company’s strategic goals.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Analyse job data and prepare invoices.
Process and plan new sales orders efficiently.
Generate and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
Provide support to the external Sales Team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation.
Identify anomalies and trends in data to inform business decisions.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards relevant to the role.
Experience in an office environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Proven experience in office administration tasks, including process improvement.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Capability to analyse and present data.
