Building strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business, culture, and recruitment needs. Utilizing your business development and marketing expertise to attract opportunities. Researching and identifying new leads and potential markets through market mapping, databases, and networking. Crafting compelling presentations, proposals, and case studies to showcase Copius' capabilities. Contacting potential clients via email, phone, and attending industry events to establish rapport. Creating strategic sales plans and delivering against KPIs aligned to our business goals. Assisting with recruitment assignments and providing market insights on pay rates and personnel availability What You Bring: A successful track record in business development or sales generation (2 years). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in approaching prospective customers via telephone and other channels. IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
