Job Title Finance Business Partner Job Description We're looking for a talented Finance Business Partner (FBP) to come and join the UKI Commercial Finance team, partnering with senior UKI Sales Leaders, with everything from strategic and financial planning to delivering robust, timely and accurate monthly performance, supplemented with data driven actionable insights. The FBP will be expected to quickly build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders across the business, to drive and monitor business performance and maximise growth opportunities. The FBP will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, Routes-to-Revenue, Marketing, Product Marketing and Legal to support the delivery of the UKI Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. This role will be influential in the process of driving data-driven business decisions. The FBP will require a commercial mindset and a high level of experience and understanding of KPIs that drive our business, appreciating how they impact revenue performance across the UKI GTM. The FBP will be expected to get to the heart of the product suite, working with senior leaders and being pivotal in arriving at positive solutions. Together, as part of the UKI Commercial Finance team, the FBP will interlock with respective Finance sub-functional teams on UKI GTM matters with regard to: technical standards; internal and external reporting; cashflow; new propositions; external audit requirements and internal controls. The FBP role will play a critical role supporting the UKI Finance Director in the Budget submission and monthly Rolling Forecast processes. The FBP will also work alongside the Commercial Operations, Routes-to-Revenue and Sales teams to ensure growth opportunities and risk areas are tracked, managed and communicated effectively. To be successful, the FBP must be agile, adaptable, commercially minded, technically strong, flexible in dealing with ambiguity, possess strong problem-solving skills and be ready for a challenge. You'll also drive forecasting accuracy, support investment decisions with robust business cases, and contribute to financial process improvements. What We Are Looking For We need someone with strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering skills. You should be confident in working with senior stakeholders, able to simplify complex financial data, and experienced in Commercial Finance. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with financial modelling expertise will stand out.
