Salary: £11,466 per annum (£28,665 pro rata)

As Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be instrumental in coordinating the customer complaints process and working with colleagues across the organisation to identify key trends and service improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people both internally and externally.
• Ability to analyse and interpret information and present data in a clear and accessible way.
• Good organisational skills to plan and manage own workload.
• Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
