We’re looking for an inspiring and dynamic Train Presentation Supervisor to lead across various sites of high-performing teams, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You’ll ensure your team is fully trained, organised, and equipped to meet business requirements and maintain the highest standards. Are you confident in: Team Leadership and Development? Overseeing the cleaning and presentation of trains, ensuring resources and facilities are in place to meet company standards. Providing First-Line Support? Offering guidance and support to your Train Presentation teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed. Conducting Audits and Ensuring Quality? Performing regular audits and site visits to ensure trains meet cleanliness, functionality, and company standards. Using Technology Effectively? Leveraging technology to optimise team performance and sharing your expertise to improve operational efficiency. Managing Priorities Under Pressure? Staying organised and focused to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks effectively. Clear Communication and Problem-Solving? Communicating effectively at all levels, making quick decisions and solving problems in demanding situations. Multi site and multi shift management? With your staff being across a number of sites and covering various shifts, you would need to be able to coordinate and be flexible to their needs. Are you: A Dedicated and Reliable Leader? Exceptionally organised, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and no detail is overlooked. A Strong Communicator? Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, with team members and across departments. Quick-Thinking and Decisive? Able to make sound decisions and think on your feet in high-pressure situations. Health & Safety Aware? Knowledgeable about COSHH and Health & Safety regulations (training provided as needed to ensure compliance). Please note this role is safety-critical and subject to Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) regulations. You MUST meet the following criteria for this position, or your application will be automatically rejected: Live within a 45-minute car journey from the station you’ll work from. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application. Pass the safety-critical medical assessment, including drugs and alcohol screening. Not have defective colour vision.
