Job Description
The Operations Manager role is to oversee all operational elements of the business to ensure a consistent high quality service delivery to meet our client needs. In parallel to this play a key client interfacing role in onboarding clients and their properties/sites to ensure we understand the client’s requirements and that we are providing a high level of service to the customer’s satisfaction. Opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility as the business grows.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•\tClient Relationship Management
•\tOnboarding clients and their properties/sites
•\tRecruitment and training/staff development
•\tLine management of Team Leaders responsible for cleaning staff
•\tManagement of all subcontracted services
•\tQuality Control and service excellence
•\tComplaints management
•\tReviewing opportunities for continual improvement of operational efficiencies
•\tKeeping up to date with industry standards and proactively proposing strategic developments the company should take
•\tStock and equipment strategic review and management
•\tManagement of stock storage facility and office space
•\tHealth & Safety management
•\tSupporting operational team members as required to ensure business continuity
Qualifications and Requirements:
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience in a senior operational delivery role
•\tConfident working to KPI’s and driving team standards through metrics
•\tExperience of operating in a fast-paced environment
•\tExcellent IT skills
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
•\tSelf-motivated to work independently or as part of a team
•\tDiligent attention to detail
•\tPreferably with NEBOSH H&S accreditation or willing to work towards
