Role Description:
The Global Markets Change and Transformation team are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team! You will be responsible for gathering information, liaising with project teams and implementing transaction reporting regulation changes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide business analysis and project management support on regulatory transaction reporting implementation projects.
* Work with internal stakeholders to document regulatory requirements and analyse data fields.
* Liaise with technology and the business to document business scenarios and define data acceptance criteria.
* Engage with testing and quality assurance processes to confirm accuracy of reporting and ensure project development is aligned to requirements.
What we are looking for:
* Knowledge of financial regulatory transaction reporting requirements including MiFID/MiFIR (TR and PTT), EMIR, SFTR, CFTC, SEC reporting.
* Experience of working with regulatory projects within Investment Banking (Global Markets) or financial services.
* Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience including analysis techniques and project management methodologies.
Skills that will help (optional):
* Knowledge of OTC Derivative products and trade flows.
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
* A proven track record of liaising with technology teams.
* Ability to work unsupervised, to tight deadlines.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office and JIRA.
