Squaregrowth is seeking a new sales representative to be responsible for the full sales cycle from generating leads through to point of sale, before handing over the client to our account manager and design team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, and outgoing self-starter to join our growing team. This is a role for someone motivated by targets, who is keen to earn and has an eye for new business/opportunities. The purpose of this role is to generate revenue through establishing new client relationships and spotting upsell opportunities within your own client accounts. The ideal candidate will be someone with around two years B2B sales experience, who fully understands how to independently action a complete sales cycle. We offer a generous commission structure bringing the opportunity to multiply your basic salary. As this is currently mainly a home-based role you must be self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed your KPIs. Your role will be to support your own pipeline development, and sales of both our products and services to clients and prospects alike. The ideal candidate will need to generate awareness of the brand and our offer where required. We are offering a 3 day/week part time position, with option to extend to full time for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: Understand clients’ requirements and help to develop solution specifications to enthusiastically win new business. On occasion you will be expected to work alongside Senior Account Managers to close deals. Work with the Studio Manager and Directors to design and implement a sales and marketing strategy for new business. Develop and raise awareness of the Squaregrowth brand. Liaise with the Studio Manager and project administrators to improve or establish sector and product materials. Gather information to develop creative briefs with the support of the Studio Manager and Head of Creative, meeting deadlines set by your direct manager. Act as a brand guardian by answering and advising on brand and online profile queries. Build relationships with prospects to develop your own sales pipeline. Utilise our Social Media platforms to find and interact with prospects. Skills and experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a media / advertising or relatable B2B sales role. A demonstrable track record of completing sales cycles. Knowledge of implementing sales strategies and conversion tactics. Confident in presenting work and building great relationships. Creativity and passion for helping clients improve their corporate look and feel. Be able to gain understanding to show clear knowledge of Squaregrowth products. Enthusiasm and ambition to grow the business and increase pipeline of work. Ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues. Ability to accurately take a brief and deliver SLA to the highest standards. Excellent communication skills - both written and oral. Explicit attention to detail and hunger to meet KPI’s.
