We have an exciting opportunity within the Communications, Marketing and Responsible Banking team as the Marketing Lead for Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking (CCB). As the primary contact for all CCB marketing activities, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy and plan, covering everything from mass-media advertising campaigns to precise and highly targeted digital marketing, to sales aids and promotional materials. As a specialist in B2B marketing, you'll represent the UK in global Group marketing strategy discussions, sharing best practices and leading with expertise. The difference you'll make: Managing the CCB marketing strategy and plan, collaborating with key functional subject matter experts to deliver against the brand and business objectives Managing team members to ensure execution of the marketing strategy & plan and support marketing team talent objectives Supporting CCB management with marketing expertise Sharing knowledge of best practice and aligning stakeholders to build shared ownership of marketing outcomes Delivering projects using effectiveness data and insights to improve decision making and prioritisation of activity Protecting the reputation of the Santander brand through effective monitoring of marketing activities and managing potential risks What you'll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Previous experience operating within a B2B marketing role within a multi-market or global organisation Experience of planning and directing marketing strategies and plans, preferably in a regulated environment Digital expertise in production, media or creative processes Excellent project management skills with experience of managing complex multi-strand projects It would also be nice for you to have: Recognised marketing qualifications - Chartered Institute of Marketing, Mini MBA or equivalent Experience of leading teams, capable of leading through change and promoting new ways of working Sound understanding of changes in digital technology Experience of working with National, Regional and sector specific sales teams What else you need to know: This role is based in Milton Keynes; however you will be required to work in the London offices on occasion. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
