Key Responsibilities:
Conducting detailed site investigations to collect and analyse soil, rock and groundwater data
Preparing and managing geotechnical investigations
Compiling factual and interpretative reports to support project decisions
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide expert advice and recommendations
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Managing and supervising on-site drilling, sampling and testing activities
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the geotechnical department
Job Requirements:
Experience in geotechnical engineering roles
Strong foundation in geotechnical investigation techniques and principles
Proficiency with relevant software and geotechnical testing methods
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and report writing abilities
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the field
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
