HR Manager - Manufacturing - County Armagh MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation as they look to add an HR Manager to their team on full-time, permanent basis. The role: As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with leadership teams and employees, you will drive policies, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and local compliance requirements. The main responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives, employee satisfaction, and organisational growth. Lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. Manage succession planning and career development programmes globally. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local laws and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace. Oversee the performance appraisal process, setting frameworks for feedback and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labour laws and global standards. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, promoting an inclusive culture across all levels of the organisation. Collaborate with finance and leadership to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, acquisitions, or new projects. Manage and mentor members of the HR team, fostering professional growth and high performance. The ideal candidate: Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multi-regional organisation. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practice. Demonstrable success in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent). Experience working in manufacturing. What's on offer: Competitive base salary up to £65k. Enhanced annual leave. Pension. Private health care.
