Our client, an 'Independent' firm of Chartered Financial Planners now requires an additional Administrator to join their established and friendly team. Working alongside a number of consultants, the successful candidate should have proven experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of processing Pension & Investment applications. Working as part of a highly experienced team, providing support to the advisers and in conjunction with the Paraplanners on various administrative tasks and delivering a professional, compliant service to our clients. Duties will include;
Key Responsibilities
Utilise client data for illustrations
Process new business
Prepare letters of authority for client policy information
Answer calls and deal with clients and third-party queries
Produce quotations
Manage task lists and prioritise workload within deadlines
Regularly communicate and update clients
Schedule and manage adviser diaries for client meetings and ensure the relevant paperwork is prepared.
Update the CRM system
Ensure that business is conducted in a responsible, compliant, and timely manner, meeting all internal and external legislative requirements
Essential criteria
Experience working in financial services
Use of Microsoft Office
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to prioritise and organise
Working knowledge of investment platforms
Excellent attention to detail
