Position Overview
We are now recruiting for an Interim Assistant Director of HR Operations for an initial contract period of 9 months. Working directly with the Director of People and Culture and our senior team, you will provide leadership within the team and across the society to ensure the delivery of our People & Culture plan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bring inspiration, direction, and innovation as a key senior member of our Senior Leadership Group.
2. Provide experience and service to all levels across the organisation.
3. Manage effective stakeholder relationships across all senior leaders.
4. Build a strong profile throughout the organisation both personally and as a team.
5. Lead our HR Operations team, which includes:
1. Business Partnering and Advisory
2. HR Information Systems and operations
3. Payroll
4. Talent Acquisition
6. Drive continuous improvement in People & Culture Operations services.
7. Collaborate with the wider team on key initiatives and projects to positively impact organisational performance.
8. Deputise for the People & Culture Director.
9. Contribute to ongoing organisational transformation through various transformational projects.
