Area Sales Manager
Orion are currently working with a large scale, rapidly growing horticultural business who are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager around the Yorkshire area.
They are looking for a Area Sales Manager to join their established team, and work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to help grow the business and manage existing accounts.
Area Sales Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
* Existing client management
* New business development in your region
* Implement business growth strategy
* Reporting to the wider sales team
* Record and log your progress using the CRM system
* Develop technical solutions to growers' problems and resolve through the technical teams
* Driving continuous improvement
* Travel to current and new customers
Area Sales Manager required Experience:
* FACTS or BASIS horticultural qualification
* Account management
* Selling and technical background
* New business development
* Experience in technical sales
* Commercial sales & retail understanding
* New product development
* Horticultural experience is key
* Agriculture background
