SALARY: £7,459 per annum (£23,000 pro rata)
HOURS: Tues & Thurs 12.30pm - 4.30pm, Weds 8.30am - 12.30pm.
The successful candidate will also be available for additional hours during busy periods.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy offices. This is a fantastic role on a job share basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Loughborough Office. Duties will include managing travel bookings, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. Role profile:
* Be the main point of contact for inbound calls and visitors.
* Order office stationery, whilst managing and controlling costs.
* Ensure all financial transactions are logged accurately.
* Manage a number of organisational email inboxes.
* Book accommodation and travel, including flights for staff.
* Communicate internally relevant emergency and fire evacuation procedures for the office.
* Co-ordinate fire marshals and first aiders.
* Assist the HR team with booking induction meetings for new employees, and liaising with IT with starters, leavers and team changes.
* Ensure all new starters have the appropriate facilities and equipment (non-IT) and are inducted in office, health and safety and travel procedures.
Essential Experience:
* Prior experience within an Administrative role
* Experience in MS Office packages
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to cover the holidays and absence of the job share partner.
