Who?
We’re looking for a motivated, driven and entrepreneurial account manager to join the Digital Rewards Group with a view to utilising multiple channels to deliver against monthly revenue and key business financial targets.
The role will be focused on the Employee Benefit market. The successful candidate must be able to identify leads and successfully introduce DRG’s range of products, services and offerings to new clients as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and growing accounts in order to meet a monthly target.
They will be organised, able to identify new opportunities, generate new ideas and express a level of confidence with problem solving and decision-making.
The role is a fast-paced one, where they’ll be part of a wider team working in a vibrant, ideas-led office who are working towards making DRG the market leader in the sector of consumer and employee benefits.
Full training will be provided.
