As Customer Service Manager at our Coatbridge depot, you ll be an advocate for independent sector customers and to promote a customer first culture throughout the regional independent sector sales team, ensuring that our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Olleco operates in the recycling and renewable energy sector, meaning the successful candidate will become part of a company making a difference in the fight to impact climate change. The Role Responsible for managing a regional customer service team which will include coaching, motivating individual customer service advisors. Management of the sales and customer service process including raising customer orders, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service and maintaining customer relations to ensure business retention. You ll be the point of escalation for the customer service team, ensuring any issues are managed and resolved efficiently. Maintaining a strong relation with key customers to drive business development and ensure customer satisfaction & retention. There will be opportunities to grow the business and earn commission through the acquisition of new customers. You ll look to proactively manage our customers accounts, identifying and resolving any potential issues in creative and responsive ways. In this role you ll be working alongside the operations team to make our service as efficient as possible while continuing to deliver an excellent service to our customers. What we are looking for: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally phone based but not essential. Previous experience of working on computer/phone systems. The ability to follow and understand a set process. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a busy office environment. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent.
