We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for growth. You’ll be joining a high-performing team, focused on acquiring new clients and unlocking fresh revenue streams across an exciting portfolio of insight and intelligence products.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Own the full sales cycle – from lead gen to conversion
2. Build relationships with senior decision-makers
3. Drive growth across the FMCG and retail sectors
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure long-term client success
5. Balance hitting targets with a consultative, value-first approach
What we’re looking for:
1. 5+ years in high-value B2B sales, including new business and pipeline building
2. Strong experience in FMCG or retail – you get the industry
3. Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
4. Proactive, positive and solutions-focused
5. Based within commuting distance of Watford, with UK (and occasional international) travel required
