The Role: Executive Administration Assistant. To provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chair (EA to the Chair). The EA to the Chair reports directly to the Chair, providing executive support in all aspects of his role as Chair of Hallmark Care Homes as well as a number of associated charities and wider commitments. To contribute to the achievement and embrace the Hallmark Care Homes charter, vision and values. To be recognised as the leading provider of high-quality relationship centred care for all residents. Your Responsibilities:
* In-person, office-based administrative support: production of documents, board packs, PowerPoint presentations, briefing papers, speech cards
* Social media support: creation and posting of content across a number of social media platforms
* Creation of Canva designs: invitations, posters, flyers
* Diary & Travel Management: booking flights, hotels, meeting rooms, appointments
* Research: collect and organise information
* Maintaining & Updating Google Sheets & Tracker documents
* Support with conferences and special events
* Maintenance of online and physical filing systems
* Opening post. printing, scanning documents - occasional posting of items
* This is not an extensive list of duties, you will be required to perform various other Ad-hoc tasks and actions required to deliver in the role.
Minimum 5 GCSE's (including English & Maths Grade C or above)
Skills & Knowledge
* Good working knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & PowerPoint
* Social Media Experience
* Working knowledge of Canva Design
* Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) ChatGPT
