Whether providing short-term specialist rehabilitation to increase people's independence, long-term complex care, or end-of-life care, we respond to the needs of each individual.
They are looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team to ensure the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs, working alongside a multidisciplinary Neurocare team upholding the values of the company.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours per week

You'll be responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and treatment of highly complex neurological conditions. Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measures; carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans. Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, documenting recommendations and guidance accordingly. Identify and source specialist equipment for all residents with complex physical needs, ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean, and safe to use.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
