Position Overview
The Workplace & User Experience Manager is responsible for developing and managing the modern workplace strategy, ensuring optimal user experience for all endpoint devices.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Develop and implement workplace technology strategies.
* Manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and endpoint solutions.
* Ensure optimal user experience with workplace technologies.
* Standardise desktop builds.
* Oversee deployment of updates and patching.
* Increase control, security, and compliance for end-user devices.
* Improve the digital workplace experience for users.
* Increase visibility of the user estate.
* Collaborate with IT Leadership and stakeholders.
* Stay updated on workplace technology trends.

* Experience in the construction materials sector.
* Strong professional accreditations.
