Our Global Technology Client is looking for a Techbar Engineer with a strong communication skills to join their team.

Pay Rate: £/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Belfast
Requirements:
1. Should be familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7/10, Office, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote).
2. Willing to learn & support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites.
3. Should be familiar from logging requests/incidents as they come in (ServiceNow).
4. Should be familiar with working to SLA's.

5. Ability to deliver great customer experience in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction, sometimes this will be the all-important first impression.
6. Strong communication skills that let you converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
7. You're passionate about customer service and eager to share that passion with others.
8. You're willing to learn and embrace Computacenter's service delivery approach
9. You have strong people skills - you're approachable, a good listener and empathetic.
10. Clear communication and able to convey technical solutions to all levels of user
11. Adaptable to different scenarios (working alone/working in a team).
12. Strong interest in technology, and agility at learning new technologies Technical Characteristics.
13. Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix.
