Your new role:
5. Dealing with clients and tenants on the phone/email.
6. Maintaining client records.
7. Producing necessary paperwork and allocating invoices.
8. Diary and task management.
9. Audio and copy typing – letters, emails and reports using Word and Outlook
10. Typing/setting out formal reports and letter reports.
11. Typing and filing legal documents.
What you’ll need to succeed:
12. Proven secretarial/ administration experience would be advantageous but this role would also suit a recent graduate.
13. Excellent PC skills are required.
14. You will be highly organised, able to multi task and be happy to work in a busy and demanding role.
15. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
