We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our BYD dealership in Bradford.

About You
We seek someone who can listen to customer needs and adapt their skills accordingly. As a Transaction Manager, you should be confident working towards targets and deadlines, maximizing every opportunity.
You should demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, outstanding customer care, and experience in F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, team coaching, and supporting the Sales Manager.
Motor Trade experience is required, either at a Senior Sales Executive level or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager background.
Main Purpose of Job Role
* Manage and develop all new and used vehicle sales inquiries.
* Manage and develop Finance and Insurance sales through vehicle sales.
* Maximize sales and profitability of vehicles and related products through effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way.
* Maximize profitable sales of finance and insurance products in line with FCA compliance.
* Ensure departmental processes and team members comply fully with FCA regulations.
* Conduct monthly self-audits.
* Contribute to the development of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and timely achievement of sales targets.
* Maintain full compliance with all Sales Department procedures.

* Working hours are 5 days per week on a rota, between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, including Saturdays from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Sundays from 10:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Working hours:
Our working hours are industry-leading. You will work 5 days per week, averaging 41.5 hours, with every other weekend off and a day off during the week.
