Atlas Logistics UK Ltd is a well-established logistics provider that began trading in 2009. We provide worldwide freight forwarding, logistics, customs, and fulfilment solutions to a wide variety of clients. As the business is expanding, we are looking for the right individual to join our rapidly growing company within our Warehouse Administration team.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Receiving by email day-to-day picks, creating the associated paperwork, and loading to our in-house system. Knowledge of Office 365 products and email platforms is useful as this is what the company uses.
2. Creating jobs within our in-house system for the warehouse team to process.
3. Liaising with clients by email and phone on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer service remains paramount.
4. Learning how to create invoices and the monthly billing process.
5. Learning about customs warehouse procedures as the company is an ETSF holder.
6. Learning about ISO compliance as the company is ISO accredited.
7. Learning about the regulations within the industry to gain a wider knowledge of the business.
8. Liaising with your team and management to learn about the business and help develop internal processes.
9. Possible light picking duties in the warehouse if required to gain further understanding of the processes.
10. Learning about the company’s Health & Safety Policy, following appropriate risk assessments and safe working procedures put in place.
Training and Support:
1. Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.
2. On-the-job training delivered by the employer.
3. Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeship's English and mathematics minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
4. Allocation of an apprenticeship delivery coach who will carry out regular training.
Assessment and support visits to ensure you acquire new learning, knowledge, skills, and behaviours in order to progress and develop.
Identify, track, and support 6 hours off-the-job training activities.
Quarterly formal progress review meetings, identifying learning achievements and next steps.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm office-based, with a 1-hour lunch.
