Train'd Up are a national Apprenticeship Training Provider, due to further growth, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to support our Apprenticeship busy recruitment team at our Head Office in Bridge of Allan.
The Recruitment Co-ordinator will be responsible for generating new customer contracts, liaising with employers, placing recruitment adverts, shortlisting applicants, and co-ordinating employer interviews regarding our apprenticeship training programme.
Applicants must be fully IT literate (MS Packages), have an excellent phone manner, and a high attention to detail. This job role is based at our office in Bridge of Allan.
Skills and qualities required:
* Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service
* Knowledge of apprenticeships desirable
* Good team player
* Previous experience in a fast moving, target-based environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Competent user of Microsoft MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Sense of discretion.
