Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
Location: Orangebox, Parc Nantgarw, CF15 7QU
Contract: Full Time, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in providing expert EH&S support across the company, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Along with:
1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance and streamline current systems, processes, and procedures, while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
2. Support and coach others in managing risk assessments, while analysing risk assessments to drive continuous business improvement initiatives.
3. Coordinate with external bodies to achieve and maintain ISO and other accreditations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and HSE standards.
4. Ensure all permits, surveillance, and compliance requirements are adhered to and effective.
5. Manage Employers Liability claims on a case-by-case basis, working closely with key stakeholders including insurance providers, solicitors, and claims investigators.
About You:
You will have a NEBOSH certificate with experience working within the manufacturing or logistics industry. Along with:
1. Experience of working with key stakeholders, collaborating and influencing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Strong knowledge of implementing and auditing ISO standards.
3. Continuously audit procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and updates, while promoting best practices.
4. Committed to driving the agenda and working independently to achieve goals.
5. Proven experience in managing Employers Liability claims and conducting accident investigations, while ensuring proactive measures are implemented.
