The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly by overseeing the administrative, financial and customer service functions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and experience leading a team. Staff supervision and HR duties including recruitment, employee performance reviews & rota management Primary point of contact for customer enquiries, addressing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained. Ensure KPIs for the business are met including compliance checks, regulatory requirements and auditing.
