Your Role: As the Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for leading the accounts department, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business efficiencies. This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive professional looking to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly budgets, management accounts, forecasts, and cashflows. Conduct income and expense analyses. Drive process and system improvements, including digitization initiatives. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on stocktakes. Generate performance reports and identify areas for business improvement. Support directors with ad hoc tasks and business strategy. Business Support: Work across departments to implement productivity improvements. Help identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and digitization. What We’re Looking For: A positive, energetic individual with strong financial expertise, who is eager to take the next step in their career. Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and (ideally) Sage 50/200. Minimum of 3 years in a financial team, in industry Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified (desirable). Full UK driving license required.
