BCA are looking for a Sales Account Executive to manage a large portfolio of designated small volume customers and ensure their stock is processed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Ensure vehicles are processed, presented and reported within specific customer SLA’s
Using stock reports, ensure vehicles have been received and processed efficiently within the BCA branch network. Highlight and escalate necessary actions and issues to ensure vehicles are in a sale-ready status as soon as possible
Sales Growth: Increase sales volume by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the existing client portfolio. Lead vendor communications to support sales plans and provide feedback for customer retention and growth.
Upselling: Proactively introduce clients to additional products and services that align with their needs, contributing to revenue growth
Ensure Accurate, high-quality vehicle information is captured and optimised for remarketing.
Allocate vehicles into the sale programme according to the vendor requirements, updating internal stakeholders to ensure sales operations run smoothly
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise available data to create comprehensive reports on client activity, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and enhance client satisfaction
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge
Key Skills
