Accounts Assistant required for a Maternity Cover Contract (Approximately 1 year) based in Lisburn. Job Overview: My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support their finance team. This is a key role that ensures the smooth operation of daily financial activities. Duties will include: Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently Preparing and issuing sales invoices Managing credit control and following up on outstanding payments Liaising with sales representatives and customers to resolve queries Processing purchase invoices and ensuring correct entry into the system Receiving and recording incoming stock accurately Performing bank reconciliations Assisting with debtor management and other ad hoc finance duties as required Essential Criteria: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar accounts or finance role within a busy office.
