You won't regret it" We have positions available in the providing care and support for adult females with Autism and Complex Care needs in a supported living setting on a 1:1 basis. This is a full-time role and you should be available to work shifts across the week (a mix of earlies, lates and some weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed). We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and creative people with a good sense of humour to support clients who are both energetic and inspirational No two days are the same, where there are all sorts of fun activities - puzzles, baking, arts and crafts or just having a cup tea Applicants will need to have experience of working of supporting people with Autism and understand that Clients sometimes communicate through behaviours, so demonstrating proactive and positive approaches is essential.
