We are now looking for a Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire. Knowledge of London and the surrounding boroughs is essential. As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include: - First point of contact for our customers Handling of customer calls Responding to internet queries Management of surveyor’s diaries Typing reports Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
