The Role As a Live-In Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care services. This role is ideal for someone with care experience who is highly organised and enjoys problem-solving while building strong relationships with clients and care teams. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and coordinating live-in care packages, ensuring high standards of care delivery. Lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support for ongoing professional development. Communicate effectively with Caregivers, clients, families and other parties Supporting and mentoring care staff, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, families, and care professionals. Managing Caregiver schedules and ensuring all care runs smoothly, including planning and managing annual leave and other requests for time off. Managing client schedules, ensuring care plan outcomes and requests are being met. Match Caregivers and clients to ensure that our clients are supported by appropriately skilled caring staff. Maintaining accurate client and Caregiver records on our people management system. Interviewing Caregivers Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
