The Role DHI are currently recruiting a Housing Officer to join our Home Turf Lettings Team who will be responsible for a portfolio of tenancies and properties (approximately 50 units); ensuring HTL tenants are able to sustain and succeed in their tenancies and delivering excellent property management. Home Turf Lettings is a social lettings agency working across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset to provide long term affordable homes for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. We have helped hundreds of tenants find quality, affordable accommodation within the private rented sector. You will be joining an experienced team of property and support professionals that work hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
