Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a organisation,on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.
Initially this will be a 12 month FTC, with the view of thispossibly being extended or made permanent thereafter.
Duties:
* Work alongside stakeholders to develop andadapt the people element of Business Plans.
* Identify and usekey data from across the business and from external sources to supportand inform decision making; turnover, absence rates, diversity, pay,for example. Use data, metrics and evidence to identify and forecastlonger term business needs and trends
* Supporting businessplan implementation, performance management cycle/system, new HRsystem implementation, leaver feedback process.
* Significantprevious experience at HR Advisor/Business Partner level, with strongknowledge of UK employment law.
* Proven ability of driving andmanaging HR related projects, working on own initiative, high accuracyand attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills with apositive, enthusiastic and solutions focused attitude.
* Training & upskilling managers, running HR bite-site onlinetraining sessions, coaching senior managers – providing feedback,having difficult conversations, etc.
* Experience of supportingmanagers and staff on employee relations cases up to complex level
* A determined and robust approach to influencing is required,particularly to ensure that line managers understand and comply withthe need to effectively deliver core HR processes
Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office, which is basedin Crawley.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000.
