Why this job matters
The Base Management team is responsible for using base insights to create, execute, and optimize personalized base programmes and journeys across the customer lifecycle to drive traffic and conversion supporting x-sell, regrade revenue, and churn targets that drive base growth.
The Base Transformation Manager (Regional) supports the Senior Base Transformation Lead in driving regional transformation to ensure a fully regional approach that drives commercial outcomes for the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the Senior Base Transformation Lead to ensure the right data is available in GCP, working with the Data products team and owner of relevant data feeds.
* Ensuring relevant data products feed into automated triggers using NBA/PEGA/Unica, working with CRM Ops teams.
* Building and developing IBRO Qlik tools to create regional insight dashboards, working with the Qlik team and Senior Analysts in Base Management.
* Working with data science to develop regional dedicated modelling that can feed into PEGA/NBA/OB comms to drive offer strength and communication channels.
* Performance managing triggers and feeding into SPO BB & TV plan.
* Presenting and influencing at MD/Director level where needed.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
* Results-driven commercial thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
* Experience in data analysis (SQL, Big query) and data strategy.
* Good understanding of using data to drive outcomes through key decisioning tools and outbound communications.
* Able to navigate complex business issues across multiple stakeholder groups with a clear customer focus.
* Growth mindset – open to learning and adapting to drive the right outcomes.
* Able to tell simple stories using data and insight to inform decisions.
* Able to influence senior stakeholders across complex issues.
