This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities : As a Dispensary or Ward-Based Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing the dispensing of medications and providing clinical pharmacy services on the wards. You will conduct medication reviews, ensure the accuracy of prescriptions, and provide advice on the safe and effective use of medications. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes, and contributing to the development of pharmacy services within the hospital. Qualifications and Experience : Degree in Pharmacy Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Dispensary or ward-based experience in a hospital setting (ideally) Strong clinical knowledge and experience in medication management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous professional development Why work with Pulse?
