The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Intermediate/Advanced Excel. This is for an experienced candidate with solid book keeping experience · Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping. · Excellent organisational and time management skills. · Strong knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process. · Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements. · transactional processing, including Cash Book · Managing filing of documents efficiently both on the system and manually. · General administrative activities.
