Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage transport schedules
*
Liaise with drivers, site staff, and management to ensure timely dispatch and arrivals
*
Track and record delivery logs, vehicle usage, and inventory movement
*
Assist in the safe and efficient movement of concrete wagons on-site – this includes physically pushing the concrete wagons into position
*
Complete other admin duties as needed across the site and office
What you need:
*
Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or a related field
*
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment
*
Strong organizational and multitasking skill
