Lead the design and rollout of upskilling and reskilling programmes. Build and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders. Use labour market insights to shape workforce development initiatives. Oversee budgets for competence and retention programmes. Drive continuous improvement to maximise impact and efficiency. We invest about £29 million each year to support skills development within the industry.
