We are delighted to be working with a well-known bank to support their requirement for an experienced senior in-house recruiter working on high volume tech roles.
Your new role:
This is a full-time role that is for a 6 month term to support a recruitment project.
Duties will include:
* Strategically leading operational delivery for specialist roles
* Proactively head hunting candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
* Planning and creating targeted recruitment campaigns and job adverts
* Liaising with candidates and managers to offer solution-based outcomes
Experience Required:
* Applicants must have experience of recruiting for specialist and high-level roles
* Fully competent on LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
* Experience of liaising with stakeholders at all levels and the confidence to influence outcomes
* Confident in designing and implementing innovative recruitment campaigns
* Enthusiastic networker with a successful track record in head hunting
What you will get in return:
This is a contract with an initial term of 6 months where you will be paid a generous daily rate and will be office-based in Edinburgh.
