We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in:
* LS10 - Belle Isle, Hunslet and Middleton
* LS11 - Beeston
* LS12 - Farnley, Low Moor Side and Lower Wortley
* LS13 - Bramley
* LS14 - Killingbeck and Seacroft
* LS27 - Morley
* WF3 - East Ardsley

Pay: £12.50 p/hr (drivers) - travel time included
* Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections.
* Mileage - 45p per mile for drivers
* Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
* Early Shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm
* Late Shifts: 4:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes:
* Alternate full weekends
* Evenings as agreed within your working hours

Job Description
You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant for Be Caring; patience, empathy and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.
As a Care Assistant working in Leeds, you will:

* Confidentiality and professional boundaries
* Fluids and nutrition and safe administration of medication
* Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores (React to Red)
