Job Title; Lettings Administrator Salary; Basic salary £28,000-£32,000 dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive. Location; Unit 1, Magistrates House, Market Place, Brentford, TW8 8FJ The Role We are seeking a detail orientated individual to join our growing Lettings Administration team and be based in our Brentford Office. As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in not only the Brentford office, but the wider administration teams’ success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers quarterly earning incentives to reward your contributions to the company’s success. Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Administrator: As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently progressing deals from offer to completion, whilst meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements. This includes conducting AML checks, managing documentation, coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks, and effectively communicating with tenants and landlords. You will also handle tenant enquiries promptly, maintain accurate records in Veco, and actively contribute to team meetings. Your Skills and Experience: You have previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position. You are detail-orientated and thrive in a high-volume/KPI driven environment. You enjoy working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can-do attitude to the team. You are exceptionally organised and thrive on maintaining precision in all aspects of your work.
