Key Responsibilities Manage and lead teams of engineers and contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with BS7671 regulations and delivering high-quality work. Oversee and coordinate international projects, liaising with engineers both remotely and in person. Support procurement and logistics for UK and international construction projects. Supervise design coordination of electrical installations. Ensure quality control, track project progress, and maintain adherence to timelines. Conduct electrical surveys and inspections. Assist in preparing tenders and take-offs. Ensure commissioning of electrical systems meets client requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure orders match specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Requirements Essential: Must hold a valid UK passport and have lived in the UK for the past five years (required for security clearance). Able to obtain or transfer UKSV Security Clearance due to the nature of the projects. (This will be covered and paid for) A skilled Electrician with commercial or industrial experience—ex-military candidates are also encouraged to apply. Experience working on the tools and a willingness to transition into or develop in a management role. Willingness to travel internationally ECS Gold Card (minimum requirement). 2391 Test & Inspect or equivalent. Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills. Takes pride in their work and ensures high standards. Strong communication and leadership skills. Comfortable using digital project management tools. Must live within a commutable distance to Chichester. Desirable: NAPIT/NICEIC Qualified Supervisor knowledge. BS5839-1/6 and Gent Vigilon system experience. SMSTS certification.
